Time to be thinking about those New Years resolutions too (I do every year), are you going to do a cut or bulk ?
Or just stay the same weight with some refinements ....?? :rolleyes:
Time to get off my ass and get serious now that holidays are about over. I want to bulk until about April, and then cut. Going to do a deca/test/dbol stack this winter, and then come summer I'll probably jump back on Tren. Meanwhile, a little shot of the prime rib I cooked today

I'm going for a more serious cut than I did last year in the spring of 2016. Gonna try to cut 50 lb off. After my bulk of course. 2016 the YEAR OF GAINS!!!
I seen it on a Chinese calendar it's the year of the trukker

Black Forest ham, homemade mashed taters, a gravy that i over wisked. Asparagus, onion, and mushrooms slightly sautéed in Macadamia nut oil... and baked butter nut squash :)
 
Thanks, it was awesome tasting. This will be my third run with deca and dbol. It has done me well so far. I really like the nandrolone for easing my shoulder pains, with the side benifit of stacking on some extra mass and strength
I like the benefits of deca too as far as the way my torn rotator cuff feels. Sometimes I need a little releif from the pain and deca is just what the doctor ordered so to speak.

Oh yeah! He will be started by the time he is 4 or 5..... not to go heavy, but to learn and get the discipline. My oldest daughter is 6, and since she started training with me she is the fastest in her class, and out does everyone in 1st grade AND 2nd grade at her school in push ups, pull ups, and sit ups :) testament to the importance of laying the foundation early!

And thank ya! He's kind of a chunk atm, but I concur, he's a handsome little diaper monster lol
