Or you could just cook 10 egg whites and add a few whole eggs along with a bowl of oat meal and a slice of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread. Also I eat a banana. That's been my breakfast for months.

Yup almond butter, everything melts together perfectly
 
Diet and training are basically shot for the week... tons of outages hitting at once so I've been working non stop... and this weekend I start island hopping... thus will be flying, working, flying, working some more, maybe sleeping, and hopefully eating... this is going to be interesting....

So, I took the wife to the restaurant on the hill up at the lodge here, and had some FRESH hand breaded calamari, homemade pretzels, and a giant bread bowl of seafood chowder (calamari, scallops, halibut, and salmon).. while the wife ate a sesame crusted Ahi Tuna salad
