What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Right now I'm eating pork fried rice because I'm sick and its zero fucks given this weekend.

Usually I eat a shit load of tuna, chicken sandwiches, broccoli, eggs, cottage cheese, and fruit. Sometimes I get that barilla plus protein pasta, that stuff is fire. I don't look to gain weight I just train strength and endurance...work reasons

Nothing wrong with pork fried rice , I fall back on it all the time . $5.50 for 2lbs of it at the local chink-r-us .
 
Tonight was just a mishmash as was running low on food. Basically a pepper and onion omelet with wheat bread toast.

Gym today was basically cardio...35 mins on stairmaster plus a lot of stretching. Ohhh the pain!
 
@OdieM I went to the store and got all I need for the taco soup. I will make tomorrow and also got big potatoes for the day after.

Everyones bulking it seems. New Years cycle , gotta love it . I started it in November so I would start peaking about now . Its working . :mad::mad:
Unfortunately for me Im 4 weeks into a nine week cut cycle. This thread is great but sometimes it's tough to look at when your hungry and eating only 2500 cals. There's so much delicious food be posted. Looking forward to bulking again.:D
