Im cutting too! Im eating 98% good, luckily im still fat enough to where i can afford myself a treat here and there hahah.
The hardest part has been giving up my beer though

The last few days have been just lots of beef chunks & 1 cup rice plus 2 apples a day. And 2 tsp ex-virgin olive oil morning/night . Gonna do salads & tuna tomorrow...
Im trying to cut without chicken or whole eggs just liq egg whites.
Two course dinner, got seconds on the second one.
