Hey Mel, good to see your still alive[emoji4] so how did the cut go? Was it a everything you planned it to be?
The cut went well. I'm at 186 and holding. At the end of my cycle I got crazy busy with work and my gym time and Meso time we're few and far between. Then when work let up...POP!!!...Shoulder went. Was out for 6 weeksish? Did my rehab exercises from 20 years ago when I stressed it originally. It's no secret my shoulders hold me back from time to time and I miss a week or so here and there but this was bad. Got a cortisone shot and it did nada. Been back in the gym for about a week and a half and taking it slow. Been cruising on 300mg of Test E the whole time. I'm giving it another 2 weeks and I'm starting a Test/Equipoise/and Something I'm not sure yet cycle. I've got A LOT of gear in the arsenal to choose from. Name it, I probably got 4 vials of it. Maybe Test/Deca/Dbol or Adrol.
I don't know. We'll see. But I'm dying to get back at it. I feel very small and weak. Good thing is when you've been at it as long as we have Mr. B, and you set up a good gear stack it comes back quick. Right @Oregongearhead.

Welcome back @Melly Mel from hell ---Muscle memory....you"ll be strong again in no time . You know what work needs to be done just pace those rotator cuffs/delts . They can be a bitch and after complaining about mine for 2 + years here Im now rotator/delt injury free the last year. Feels great !

I'm happy for you. Shoulder pain sucks!!! NO more ego lifting for me brother. Lighter weight...slower cadence.

Ive seen guys with ripped delts that just did light DB lateral flye exercises with medium weight presses , never too heavy. You can get get impressive shoulders without heavy presses .
Watchout for Dips too if your still having delt probs , they can really aggravate the problem ;)

Figured you were either busy wit work , injured or both. Bummer about your shoulder brother, i feel your pain as both mine are pretty wrecked rt now. Im gonna give prp a try, heard great things and not so great things but at this point im willing to give it a try, its only 400 bones so if it doesnt help im not out any serious cash.
I did pretty good on my goal of getting in shape for my 50th. But the problem im having now is getting myself to eat again. Oh well!!!! Things could be worse.

yes. please keep me in the loop on that. The time off and the rehab exercises really helped. They feel pretty good at this point. Gonna try to keep it that way. Like @Oregongearhead said. Light to moderate weight on shoulders and slower cadence. Lighter bench too. Bench really aggrivates it the most. Everytime I injure them it's benching. I'm not in any hurry. Reality is I probably didn't lose that much. I'm just imagining it like the rest of us do. I lost the vascularity and some seperation but that's probably just because I've got NO pump. Good news is I'm nice and lean and the abs are right below the surface waiting to pop out. Got a good lean base to build on and I've been stock piling so I got options out the wazoo. Gonna keep the bodyweight under 200 from now on though. Must admit. I feel better and more functional around 195.

Ok guys...back to the food. I just wanted to say I'm back and my favorite people are on this thread so I felt it was the best place to say HI.

Oh...and yes. I empathize. Coming off my cut and then intentionally cutting my calories becaus I wasn't in the gym and didn't want to put on bad weight after my cut, my stomach is the size of a fucking walnut. I need tasty food picks to inspire me.

Ingredients
1 pound penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1½ cups marinara
¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 roma tomatoes, diced
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
½ cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in sliced mushrooms and saute 3 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
Add in crushed garlic and let heat 1 minute.
Stir in marinara and crushed red pepper flakes. (I used ms dash extra spicy seasoning instead of red pepper)
Pour in tomatoes and spinach. Stir to combine. Stir in heavy cream.
Serve hot sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Seriously, just when I think my hunger is gone and I look at this thread I'm making another meal...

Damn shame I can't have another tuna melt... ate a whole Kirkland tuna can the other day and now I'm following the 9day to 2 week rule with tuna.

Fucking love my tuna melts on either whole grain rye or local pumpernickel
 
Hate to admit this shit... I'm a fat bastard in spirit. I don't have a sweet tooth but I'll be damned I can eat a plate of whatever, ask for seconds and 30minutes to an hour later make a sandwich out of something with a giant glass of milk.
