Next time you do filets sear the sides to crisp the bacon first on medium heat and skip the olive oil. It will crisp the bacon and render the fat.

Trying a more balanced approach to my cut, normally I just do keto. Working well, and I get to eat carbs while cutting so that's a plus.

Every macro is accounted for. Couldn't even squeeze in a slice of cheese for my burger. Maybe next time.

I been eating a pint of halo top everynight before bed. Its a good snack/treat when you're cutting.

My wife hates it. Says it tastes like plastic. I like the taste, it's not as good as regular ice cream but it'll do for now.
