My breakfast on weekends. 4-6 eggs, Kodiak Pancakes. Bacon, Bagel with butter/cream cheese or English muffins or Dave's bread.
These days I'm eating everything and anything.
Also too the advice of several members year from a long time ago... and I'm cruising on 1mL a week of Test E/C and liking it very much. I'm donating blood on Monday. Have blood work done again in January. I had a scare in early November with high liver values. 100 points over on each. Nothing drastic but it did concern me.
Currently 270lb at the moment. And Food is good , Pussy is better lol.
Good ‘Ol chicken and broccoli
I 2nd the notion that Pussy is better than food...
That shit looks great.

Brother, I've been hooked on the kodiak cakes since I discovered a giant box display of them in costco. It said "Protein" and I ran with it. I add blueberries but as of now apples are in season.
So I make Apple Cinnamon pancakes.
I’ve been making my own protein pancakes but honestly they haven’t come out like what I see on YouTube.
Getting a box this week...

I accidentally made a heart one night after a long training session. I sent this to every girl I was texting. Lol
Accidentally go get your E2 checked.
@Seven Dog my boy is looking FUCKING CUT!!!!
Thanks 2D2P. Good to see ya. You've always been cool with me. Your posts are entertaining. Lol
The key is to keep the flame on high. Use a salad spoon or a gravy spoon for the perfect size and you will see the outer parts fully solidify flip them. They don't go long and each batch cooks faster.
Ok. Great advice. I’ll try it when I get my stuff from Costco.
