Doing better, not 100%, but started back training Monday. Today I did a few sets of trap bar deads and sled/prowler pushes...felt okay. Can't bend my leg all the way up yet, hoping I can next week.

I was exercising too much. Got a bad cramp in my leg, tried rolling it with a stick and fucked everything up. Spent two nights in the hospital. Rhabdomyolysis...serious shit. Creatinine levels over 1200.

Last test showed 1000 on the 5th, so yeah. Next test will be the 5th of February.

I've been drinking over a gallon of water ED, plus three 16oz glasses of the cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar recipe @Oregongearhead gave me. Pissing every hour.
