It is more time consuming but worth it in my opinion. What wood you use? Im a mesquite man myself.

That was pecan. I like blending apple and hickory though for smoking. I've never tried mesquite, I'm worried it'll be too pungent.
 
Damn that all looks so good!

It was fantastic! It's a Bavarian hotel/restaurant that sits right along the Potomac River. This was a European brunch. Nothing else like it.

It's close to my house but I think I'd like to go for a long Saturday and get a room for the night.
