I wanted to be the first to wish a Happy 5th Birthday to the "What R U Eating" thread! It's been one of MESO's most active and most popular threads from the very beginning and has shown no signs of slowing down. It's the best bodybuilding food thread anywhere. Thanks to everyone for all the great contributions.
A special thanks to @Oregongearhead for 'birthing' the thread and, possibly more importantly, his dedication to keeping it alive and thriving on practically a daily basis! Well done.
I'm about to go to target. I've never looked there for the nonpasteurized stuff. I know they don't have it at walmart
I didn't take much time to look but no I didn't see it. And no, we don't have Kroger. We do have a whole foods but it's not close to me.Did you find Kimchi at Target?
I picked up a jar of at Walmart this morning. Its in the cold produce section. By those Bolthouse Farm's drinks. At least around here, I wish I would have snapped a pic.
Guessing by your username you're probably from the south and I don't Kroger is down that way, but if they are its in the cold section by the cream cheese and butter.

Mint jelly. It's the old school way of eating lamb.... I just eat the meat, the mint jelly makes it feel like its a cheap cut of meat trying to hide something. Dont need it, lamb by itself is fantastic. What's the green stuff Jell-O?
The whole plate looks amazing!
