I don't remember the specifics but they do the minimum to make sure they still have live bacteria when it reaches the store.

Was up my brothazz from othazz mothazz lol..... well I recently just got a badass hook up from a lady that is a manager in a fresh produce section of a store. They throw out all this stuff when it just barely starts to turn and hog Farmers come and pick it up. Well worked out a little deal with her and she's now bringing me hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fresh fruits and vegetables whenever I want them. My diet is cleaner right now than it has ever been and I am leaning out like fucking crazy lol. Check this out and bear in mind that my refrigerator was completely empty before she came over the other day. Everything you see in here is from her and was free. I bet there's probably 3 or $400 worth of raw food sitting in there now. This is just what I needed. Things are definitely Beginning to Look up in life for me and now I'm to the point where I'm ready to become more active around here.

Dude you got the potential for some serious variety on top of how clean it is. If I had that hookup I'd definitely start making veggie juice. That's awesome though, I've really been trying to cut down on my grocery cost. Problem is I can't fuckin' stand re-heated chicken which makes shit hard. I just got a pressure cooker so I'm gonna try my luck with that. Also have an electric smoker. I've never done a brine before, I think that's what I'm missing.
Yeah it's definitely a good hook up and I've really cleaned my diet up. Have you ever thought about just putting straight chicken breast in a blender adding water, adding just water, blending that shit up and slamming it real fast? I found out this little method of Madness right here through Meso. Why fucking chew and chew on that shit if you don't have to LOL. That'll way it's already broken down when it hits your stomach making the breakdown process that much easier on your body.

Epic grocery haul. That is a heck of a deal too. Groceries (and people in general) throw things out based on expiration but you can still have weeks of good food after depending on what it is. I've been weeks into expired eggs, veggies, cottage cheese, yogurts etc several times and it's no issue and you can get them cheap. I just don't recommend it with meat

Doesn't really sound much unlike a chicken soup except smoothie style. "The chicken soup smoothie" You could probably even use some chicken broth as well.... add some thyme and you are set! Satiety might be questionable with it depending on your goals.
