I kept the hemp. I just add it myself now. Wanted to venture out and try rice protein. Kinda had me scratching my head as you would think rice would have carbs but it doesn’t. Lessoned learned, won’t add rice protein again, got a weird chalky taste. Chocolate fudge brownie is good. My favorite is still cinnamon swirl.

No not yet ... I am turning to that direction based on that I feel better ( my stomach ) on plant based ...
It's chalky or not , not end of the world ( if my digestion likes it )

Thanks , it's just funny how things are changing when you getting bit older ...
When I was 20 's had no issues with food or supplements at all ..
I will definitely give a try to rice protein and some pea protein ( add on to a custom mix ) in the future

I went with a different type of whey this go around to see if that would eliminate the symptoms you listed above as I get some of them from whey such as bloat and digestion issues. Can’t tell yet as it’s to soon.

So far Hemp, pumpkin seed and 100% grass feed beef powder blend is my sweet spot and absolute favorite.
