Long day of shopping. Went to my happy place (Bass Pro shop) around noon and planed on eating lunch there at their seafood restaurant but was sad to learn the restaurant closed down. Was also bummed because they didn’t have any bass boats out on the floor. Anyway, there was a fuddruckers around the corner. My diet has truly gone to shit for the holidays.

I wanted to stop in and wish you guys a merry Christmas and happy New year. Been a minute since I logged in, had to take a break.

Life's been ok on my end. Health is still slowly improving, work has never been better (60+ hours a week and it's my slow season).

Keep your chins up, estrogen low and eat real meat!!! Happy holidays folks!
