Don't eat that burger I posted last night from Chillis. The advertisement looked and sounded amazing but Chillis is garbage.

Imo probably the best burger is fuddruckers. Its pricy though. Over 30 bucks for the wife and I to eat burgers with fries/onion rings. I'm currently in love with their bourbon burger. 5 guys is also good.

Was great! Super stoked to find a privately owned shop up here in this small town i just moved to. Was called the "Mayan burger". Patty was homemade ground. Thats a good first step in a great hamburger. Love these gourmet burger joints when ya find em!

I was looking for something portable that I could take to any site I happened to get called out to. I love all spicy foods and have a hard time eating enough carbs so.....

That and wife and I make them together. She just uses a vegetarian stuffing.

Nope both of Eastern European decent.
We eat a lot of curry and Mexican and South American. We just both love cooking.

Chilis is ass. Its kinda like the applebees that never made it to Senior high. Had a burger once there that had a sauce that had a snot like consistency. Stupid food engineering. Try to hard.

Chilis is ass. Its kinda like the applebees that never made it to Senior high. Had a burger once there that had a sauce that had a snot like consistency. Stupid food engineering. Try to hard.

The Keg and all those places are the same. It is all cooked in a vacuum package in boiling water to get it to the "perfect" temperature. People think it's real food . Even the mashed potatoes, they leave a bit of skin in it so people think it's fresh. I will take my chances with a small BBQ joint every time.

Yesterday's meal of the day.
Roasted potatoes, radishes, zucchini, onion, garlic, carrots, rosemary, spinach. Then I baked some cod in the oven and made a cream cheese bearnaise(egg yolks, white wine vinegar, butter, light cream cheese, tarragon, lemon juice.)

Would have probably tasted better with salmon instead of cod but I had the cod still at home and figured I would finish it.

I had x2 75 gram protein shakes with peanut butter powder, I woke up at 2AM and had another 75 gram protein shake too.

Most the time the food looks nice but doesn't taste as good, but this tasted really good too. I will make this more times!

Salmon and parmesan risotto for dinner tonight. Just did butter with lemon and some white wine french pouched. Came out alright for frozen salmon, it was on sale for 9.99 a pound fresh caught frozen

Long day of shopping. Went to my happy place (Bass Pro shop) around noon and planed on eating lunch there at their seafood restaurant but was sad to learn the restaurant closed down. Was also bummed because they didn’t have any bass boats out on the floor. Anyway, there was a fuddruckers around the corner. My diet has truly gone to shit for the holidays.

Had family at our place tonight. First time cookie charro beans with some smoked turkey, green beans, and rolls. Wife made caramel pecan cheesecake and it all came out perfect.
