What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I live in a big city that has a few killer sandwich places. They all use Hellmans mayonnaise so that’s what I get but grew up on miracle whip and prefer it.

On Thursday’s a few of the guys and me usually go to a local sandwich shop. I’ve been getting a mayo/avocado/ hot pepper relish spread. So good!

I am the best with what compliments what so I throw it all together :P
Today I have the following:
I boiled some pasta and on the side I mixed a can of crushed tomatoes and chili. Then I mixed in the pasta and included these frozen turkey meatballs as well as some spinach, red onion, beet salad for flavors and colors. I was craving eggs for some reason and I am a huge believer in listening to your body. And the wasa bread with cheese and the caviar mix, also white pepper is important in Swedish cooking.

Anyway, today was an excellent day for me hope you guys are doing equally as good. :)

I am the best with what compliments what so I throw it all together :p

Improvements? First I would bring that tray to the counter. Next i would open the garbage can. Then I would scrape that tray of slop into it. I recommend you follow this up with 4 protein shakes and a multi vitamin.

Oh hey so funny story. You know your comment about only drinking supplements? I bought some dried peanut butter, and I also have ground up oats in powder form, add a tablespoon olive oil and then 75 grams of protein. I would argue that is a seriously nutritious meal. x3 of those protein shakes with whole milk. I would prefer my meal over yours any day of the week. If you have a good example of something that would be better let me know!!!

I added the peanut butter to tonight's shakes. Great source of fats and protein, and excellent flavor with the chocolate protein. I am not much for choosing flavor but if it works it works. I won't go out of my way to make like protein pancakes or anything like that, I drink a protein shake and then make a proper breakfast, maybe eggs Benedict.
Well, I guess I should define what I mean with proper, traditional, I should have used that word instead.

Hey I'm with you. Making food and all is just a hassle and overrated. Just protein shakes, with a carb supplement and some oil added to it will suffice. Fuck whole food when you can buy processed refined foods and supplement exactly what you need to hit your macros. I'm not sure why all these highly successful athletes and bodybuilders keep talking about eating as much whole food as possible and only use powders to supplement if needed. I think they have got it all wrong (probably letting their success go to their heads) and need to switch to supplements instead followed by whole food only if necessary. I mean you said it look at the nutrients in those ion shakes.:rolleyes:

My one meal of the day, shrimp and imitation crab salad. The sauce is made with some lemon juice, cream cheese, light mayo, dill and a click of sour cream. I added some shredded carrots, radishes, egg, celery and red onion. Yes, that is what you think it is. And yes, I will agree with you on whatever you say so you don't have to say it even okay? Also, got my Wasa hardbread with cheese, I love this cheese I typically don't eat cheese like once a month? Anyway, I am in a great mood today! :)

x2 70 gram protein shakes with whole milk. I drink them over the course of the night like a baby suckling a teat. :D

Was great! Super stoked to find a privately owned shop up here in this small town i just moved to. Was called the "Mayan burger". Patty was homemade ground. Thats a good first step in a great hamburger. Love these gourmet burger joints when ya find em!

I love those joints too ... I live a small town too so if I am craving for something like gourmet burger I have to drive
