What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I should have posted my turkey day dinner. It was absurd. I don’t know what I was thinking, probably too drunk lol I’m cruising don’t judge.

But last night I shot my shot at an Oklahoma smash burger and omg it had to be one of my top 5 burgers I ever had and home made with my hands, and I’ve had burgers all over.

Absolutely bro I’m west coast so in an out is my thing , 3x3 or even 4x4. For foreigners that’s 3 or 4 meats and 3 or 4 cheese I love in and out animal style too. Shits on what a burger or Casper’s by far, that I had while traveling.

The sauce u can dice up your own pickle or just add relish cuz I’m lazy, add mayo, Dijon mustard, ketchup, tapatio hot sauce.

I actually made this sauce my own secret one but I don’t mind sharing. I think I read u can add worshtishire but I Dident feel the need.

Toast the buns and cut the onions very very thin and they basically sauté while u cook ur patty. And only add a little of your fav burger seasoning, I just put a little pappies.

❤ ❤ ❤
Running on empty, u show me this, lol.
This must have been quite something, chiquito.
Proper awesome
:)
Thank u Iol I try . I Dident mean to
Make u hungry. Have u had or seen spud bros ? I follow them, and I think that may be next on my list to try and make.

They look awesome Mabe minus the tuna, even though I love tuna sandwiches and tuna melts. Just in a spud thought though?
In the us we just call them baked potatoes lol

Yep, i call them baked potatoes, too.

I love corn tortillas like u always post what all do u usually put on them?
Usually it's just scrambled eggs w/ cheese mixed in, sour cream, ham or bacon, salsa, avocados (if available)...pretty much it!

If it's not that, it's two breakfast sandwhiches. And if I'm going low / modified keto, it's just scrambled eggs, cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa.

I'm a simple guy haha.

Me too honestly breakfast is usually egg whites. Or boiled eggs on avacado toast . I get these boiled eggs and avacado packs no preservatives just sea salt . From Costco cheap. Helps on a busy schedule.

Oh yeah I've seen those! I'm a big costco guy. Would def go for those items if had a crammed schedule right now but thankfully, not the case. Though definitely might be necessary for the future when the baby is born lol. Wife and I were just talking about meal prepping and freezing stuff ahead of time so first month back home it's just simple to pull stuff out couple days ahead of time and then microwave when it's time to eat.

I’ll try and get back to posting up my eats again now that I’ve gotten caught back up with the current Meso environment.

This place has sure changed a ton in the 3ish years I’ve been gone but it’s nice to see folks keeping OGH’s food thread going. I hope he’s doing well but he was a older dude and had run gear for a longggg time so I’m praying for the brother.

How are those Kirkland boiled eggs? The only pre boiled eggs I’ve found that were palatable and not rubber bouncy balls were the Egglands Best Hard boiled eggs. Looking for something a little cheaper but still edible.

They're very hard boiled. Maybe it varies by location but I've just gotten into the habit of boiling them myself after one too many rubbery eggs.

Soft-boiled to keep a gooey yolk.
