morning shake:
0,5l of whole milk
3 scoops of whey
handfull of raspberrys (or other fruit)
one spoon of chunky peanut butter
70g of raw oats mixed into dust

taste pretty good, good enough that i can drink it every morning, plenty of calories and protein, some carbs, great way to start the day. its thick as fuck, after that my ussuall 1,5l of ice cold water
