I eat the same shit every day and just vary quantities depending on what is going on. I do much better if I don’t have to think about it and it is cooked and ready to go in the fridge.
Oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast.
Taco meat and rice for lunch and dinner.
Greek yogurt with dinner and midnight snack.
I am still a fat ass at heart so as long as I don’t have to make weight anytime soon, I’ll hit the snacks in the break room every now and then.
