Just trying to shovel some shit in the next week. For 8 weeks Ive been at maintenence and lost some fat and toned up better than I expected on the recovery. From week 10 to 18 gonna try and lean out some the enjoy the summer in a cruize and looking good (for me) I'm 6'1 and at 222lbs somewhere between 14-16 % bf, not too concerned about the exact where.. Hope to end up 10-12% in 10 weeks at the end. Either way I'm happy! Stay tune for end result

You dropping food im adding food, up to 5 meals now and a shake I was properly bloated yesterday
Yeah I've been at maintenence or a hair above for the first part of the cycle kinda in a recomp which has been fairly successful, now im gonna try and get cut for summer!!!!
 
Big difference in the taste profile and "creamy" texture, i put some granola on top when i want domething sweet to eat,, it's delicious and the little bit of fat is what makes it creamier im sureIMG_0647.webp
 
Walden Farms makes some creamy calorie-free dressings & dips that are decent but the ingredients are god knows what.

I use their mayo as a base for dips to cut down on calories. It doesn't taste like mayo but it gets the job done.
