i know food is important im just saying its crazy how a 11 year post is still going on lol
Why dont you appreciate the og who started this post and praise him for making a super successful long lasting thread or post?

The other guy said really nice. kick rocks,
I would have said go play marbles on a freeway lol.

Post what you are eating or get out.

Respectfully.

Penne pasta, can of tuna, can of sardines, salt, pepper.
Nice even though i hate sardines but love tuna depending how it’s prepared, but this just seams like a lazy non tasty meal imo only. If you think this is a up good for you only reason i give it is the macros.

U might as well blend tuna sardines and rice w water and pound it if taste is involved, u must be hard core or really love fishyness

For most of the year my go to protein source is 93 lean ground turkey. It’s super easy to prep and it’s way cheaper than ground beef at Costco lol. Depending on what I’m doing I’ll adjust the portions but while I’m bulking it’s -
250 ground turkey
400 rice
50 spinach
Hot sauce
Macros - 964 cal , 69 pro , 114 carb , 21 fat
I don’t ever really get tired of this, when I’m cutting I’ll drop the rice down to 200 or switch to potatoes and on low days konjac noodles.

i like ground turkey but i usually do the 91/9 lean ground beef thats my go to. Its about the same price as the ground turkey, And tastes better.

But i can definitely do the ground turkey with hot sauce and its zero cal. I like it that u add the spinach also. I get the big bags of spinach from Costco sometimes also.

It was just for macros. I was having chicken and rice burnout and thought it was a good alternative.

Turkey , rice , spinach - classic meal @laclark89 for some reason I find ground turkey easier to get down than ground beef. Every now and then I’ll crave ground beef and switch but I’ll get burnt out quicker. I wish ground bison was cheaper , I could definitely eat that for awhile but at 12-14$ a pound it adds up quick
