i usually have a glass of fairlife milk with that meal, but i have been trying to monitor my protein intake a little more closely, i see no real need to take in as much protein as usual while im on this "health phase" , training has been lighter due to injuries and also the ckd im trying to get under control.Not bad calories 550, but i almost never have under 35g p in 1 meal unless its a shake but then its under 250 cal, but shakes are my last resort.
U always post ur dinner meals, im surprised u haven’t lately, you are always super consistent with your meals. Im going to have to tighten up and do the same if i wana reach my goals by summer.
