idk if I'm this post is in the right spot. I've seen this since I've been going to the gym, yet haven't caught anyone using it. Maybe I'm just fucking stupid but today I decided to try it and see, and I have to say this was the most awkward thing ever it was like trying to do flys but with a flat bench grip. Might not have even been doing it right but someone shed some insight on it.
