Lab error? Or something else?
220 test, 70 primo. Pinning MWF. Pulled blood on a monday without pinning beforehand. I did donate blood the previous week could that have an effect?? I also have never pulled over a 26 on e2 and that would be during 500 test, 400 primo.

How many weeks on 220/70?

And unfortunately, the curve relating dosing to serum levels is not linear. We should not expect doses to correlate nicely or even hold over time.

Coming up a level, if you’ve never pulled over a 26 on e2, you might consider modifying your dose ratios. 26 isn’t bad…but on elevated test you could probably find an e2 level that’s both more protective and still side effect free.

4 weeks on 220/70, 26 weeks prior had escalated to 500/400 of the same stuff

I did just donate blood 4 days earlier if that could have anything to do with it?

Coach prefers all his guys pin daily, but I had switched to MWF just to give some sites a break. I agree on the E2. I feel pretty good now but when I had pulled anything under 22, I always felt off, e2 is high now on paper but feeling good and no real symptoms of high estrogen.

I personally don’t really see what the issue is.

You think they measured your e2 incorrectly and it’s too high?

I don’t see anything wrong with that number.

You had an e2 of 26 while on a 1.25 : 1 ratio of test : primo (yes you were using more test but you also had a higher ratio of primo to keep your e2 suppressed)

Right now you’re running a ratio of 3 : 1
Test : primo. And your e2 is a 46

And that’s a red flag for you?

Am I missing something here, or?

My test looks extremely low, 525 ng/dL on 210-220mg/week where previously just a little lighter I was pulling 1200 ng/dL on 150mg/week and that test to e2 ratio doesn’t seem right. Such low test with such a high e2 number

edit: Okay I was 31lb lighter when I pulled the 1200 ng/dL so quite a bit lighter. 500s still sounds too low

Oh my apologies I thought you were concerned with the differences in your e2 readings not your test level readings.

disregard me, carry on.

Were you well hydrated? That and donating could cause a change i would think. E2 of 26 is fairly healthy level for long term health from my reading. And test results have a chance of error and some times high depending on the test being run. So a 1 off result may not be something to be concerned about.

I was pretty well hydrated. The donating really is all I can think, just was curious if anyone else has encountered the same after donating. I ordered a recheck of test and e2

That difference in T seems way to big to be a normal fluctuation of your body and the lab variance. I would assume either you have a bad vial or the lab fucked up. Did you forget to pin on Friday or something like that?

Did you change to a new test vial? Depending on the source each vial can vary from underdosed to overdosed.
yeah it’s a different vial from the last time I got bloodwork but i’ve never had any issues with this lab and all the hplc and bloodwork i’ve seen are great

I’m thinking the lab just messed up or something to do with my donating blood and levels just haven’t built back up yet maybe? since this source has been pretty great in terms of hplc, previous cycles, and all other bloodwork

I feel like the lab must have made a mistake and got the samples mixed up. Some other guy is probably wondering why he has a 1500 test lol

yeah the 46 e2 with 500 test was the most confusing part, i don’t aromatize very easily as my first cycle i was the size of a holocaust victim taking 350 test with e2 in the 20s
