Could you just in a genreal matter say what kind of meals/diet you take at what time of the day to have e.g. 3'000 calories per day?
I am aiming to gain lean muscle and would need about 3000 calories (at least)I figured out but somehow struggle to eat as much but also to know what is the good stuff to take and what not.
