hard to put on muscle but have 0 appetite for shitty sweets?

Or easy muscle but huge sweet tooth ?
 
I guess it all depends on what you're struggling with as who you are. I could always eat something extra and not worry about, but have friends that need to burn these extra calories.

I'd go with the easy muscle and huge sweet tooth.
 
Im somewhere in the middle and its not horrible. I have to watch what I eat or I can get fat but getting very lean is difficult for me. Ive known several guys who could pretty much eat garbage and still have abs but couldnt ever really get big. I always wish I had that problem but strength is my goal.
When I was younger I wanted to be big and ripped but as I got older and did some experimenting I realized "size" just wasnt for me. If I could be a lean mean fighting machine type guy at 175-185 and be strong as a guy who was 225-240 Id be happy with that. Then again thats asking alot.

When I was the 20's I could eat anything and I was still ripped ( was having a hard time gaining ) . Today I am 40's and really have to watch what I am eating and I do physical labour with 4- 5 times cardio a week ...

I miss my younger metabolism
So I would say fast metabolism I would pick

Lucky until I have to work on my conditioning lol.

I can gain great mass at under 3k.
Problem is I'm 215 to 220ish and I have a sweet tooth.
2nd problem is my wife is Asian and cooks nothing but fucking noodles and rice.

I havnt seen my bottom 2 abs clearly in years.

I fucking love food, I could eat all day like it was my job.

Being like you off cycle would be great.
Trim up nice and lean before I blast.
I'm at my best on Cycle for sure.
I just eat like a monster and watch the pounds fly on.
When I'm off cycle, I'm ashamed to admit that I've had to resort to adding on cutting drugs to maintain my physique (Like upping my mandatory T3 dosage)

Would that work? I was curious about that I know thyroid regulates metabolism so theoretically if you dropped it T3 dose would u require less calories to the point where u could gain a ton of muscle on severely lower calories?

Always felt there still might be a possible drop off where even with a super slow metabolism you would put on more fat but still not as much muscle?

Like T3 might play a role in gaining muscle as well? Transporting protein to muscle etc. idk haven’t read about it

It would definatly be an experiment

I'm not sure, all I know is that I made some serious gains before I got diagnosed.
But I can easily turn into a fat fuck lol
