100% me right hereIm somewhere in the middle and its not horrible. I have to watch what I eat or I can get fat but getting very lean is difficult for me. Ive known several guys who could pretty much eat garbage and still have abs but couldnt ever really get big. I always wish

I can gain great mass at under 3k.
Problem is I'm 215 to 220ish and I have a sweet tooth.
2nd problem is my wife is Asian and cooks nothing but fucking noodles and rice.
I havnt seen my bottom 2 abs clearly in years.
I fucking love food, I could eat all day like it was my job.

I have contemplated getting off the T4 T3 when instant my blast next week, would help me gain a lot of weight.
But I'm not too happy about the potential side effects, would take a month to get my T4 back up to regular levels and I would feel like a pile of burnt shit.

Would that work? I was curious about that I know thyroid regulates metabolism so theoretically if you dropped it T3 dose would u require less calories to the point where u could gain a ton of muscle on severely lower calories?
Always felt there still might be a possible drop off where even with a super slow metabolism you would put on more fat but still not as much muscle?
Like T3 might play a role in gaining muscle as well? Transporting protein to muscle etc. idk haven’t read about it
