What's causing my bloat/stomach upsets?

Like lukk said. Could be lactose. I use to get gassy, bloated and dirrahea and couldn't figure out why even when I cleaned up my diet. Then I figured out I was lactose intolerant. I take the lactose pills with every shake I have and diary derivative and I'm gtg. Something to try or think about.

Cheers for the reply mate,

Typical day for me is:

Protein shake (30g of protein)
Chicken breast & tomatoe omlette (4eggs)
2slice wholemeal toast
250ml milk
Fruit salad

Handful Almonds

Large portion Fish/chicken or lean beef with rice and veg

Handful almonds

Large portion fish/chicken/rice with rice or brown pasta.

Tin of tuna/cottage cheese
Protein shake (30g of protein)

Atleast 3litres of water a day

Workout 5times a week for 1hour sessions

Damn dude if this what your eating it's so bland and unpalatable it won't last long.

Sure you may like it now but there's no way an unstructured
meal plan of this nature will remain enjoyable for long.

The point, every "diet" MUST remain pleasureful or they WILL FAIL!

Sure it could be any number of
GI intolerances but the hallmark of MALABSORPTION is DIARRHEA (which you mentioned) with or wo abdominal distension.

OP it's next to impossible to know much of anything based on such limited Info but as others have opined dietary issues are a good place to start.

However as some folk develop "gastritis" when running AAS another benign therapy I'd suggest is an OTC antacid such as Tums or an H2 blocker like Pepcid.
