What about products like ZMA, Tribulus, 6-OXO, Yomimbe, etc? If these products did work to raise your T-levels naturally are there any known side effects to this method. As anyone seen any real results with supplements like these?

(I know probalby no real lean muscle mass gains, but what about libido and that overall well being feeling that Testosterone gives?)

My honest opinion on these supplements - and I understand how most are suppose to work (I'm a nutritionist) AND I have tried a bunch AND I even did some saliva hormone testing - is that if they did work, very few of us would be looking for a knowledgeable doctor to administer TRT.

As for the possible evidence that some do work such as tribulus, I think that if you are young and produce mid to mid-high range Test levels, some of these things might enhance an already good situation. In other words, if your balls are pumping out test pretty well, these things can enhance that. If you have a problem, they won't do squat. As far as ZMA is concerned, it seems to work best (or work at all) with some type of deficiency. A hard working athlete CAN be marginally zinc and/or magnesium deficient which is why successful studies were done on athletes.

I personally used what I considered to be the highest-quality pro-test formula out there. Biotest's Tribulus and Alpha Male. My testosterone went down from the bottom 16-percentile of the normal range to the bottom 6% after 6-8 weeks of usage. But that's just my personal experience. One subject does not make a fact...

I remember reading that the original Bulgarian studies on Tribulus did indeed show that it increased testosterone, but it increased estrogen more, much more so that having high test by itself would give you. Notice how supplement manufacturers conveniently leave that fact out of their advertising.

Hmmm...not aware of that one. I was referring to one done on intensely training bicyclists a few years ago. That showed a significant increase in testosterone and a reduction/normalization of cortisol while the control group's Test decreased and cortisol increased.

I don't think it's Test that gives that Feeling of well being.... If your talking about the same feeling i'm talking about because i've been asking people for the longest time about this and no one seems to understand what the hell i'm talking about. Describe that feeling in your own words.
