What's the trick to feeling great on steroids?

OP it sounds like you suffer from depression to me man. It's hard for any man to admit. Much easier to just say it's "anxiety" rather than depression. Denials a bitch. What medication were you taking for your "anxiety" again? Wasn't depacote was it cause that shit will DEFINATELY make you feel like shit.

Best thing you can do is continue trt around 150-200mgs until you can find a good dr and see someone about the mental issues and possible medications. Also, someone mentioned sleep apnea... Have a sleep study done. Your problems aren't hormonal.

I also donate blood every 2 months to keep my red blood count down. Last time I donated they said everything was fine.

Why is your rbc high?
Was it always high?
We're you told to donate by your doctor?
Sleep apnea is known to raise rbc beyond normal levels. A simple diagnosis with a cpap machine or mouthpiece could work in lowering rbc.
Something to consider

Ok thinking that this thread is a good way.

Tofunnyparanoid homoegodistonycsnicks: Dont take nothing pharmaceutical to anxiety but homeopathy( today is the date BTW).

Currently ,one big question that I would answer you is: weight loss or bodyfact reduction in my case dont will raise T?

Creatine with exemestane does the trick, a better way than only exemestane.

Well you turn, thanks.

I live in a small town. This is the only docotor that i could find. I was sent to and endocrinologist by my family doctor( this was after I stopped going to the hrt doctor I had found) he immediately took my testosterone ( which after researching is dangerous) for 6 weeks and went through hell from stopping cold turkey. Did bloodwork so he could get a baseline and told me I'm fine. My levels weren't even in the "normal" range. So do you see where I'm having issues?!! This is taking a toll on my life, mrriage and work!!
have you considered the option that your gear is bunk?

Update: I have been trying to avoid fap for a long time, but in a non-dual way, that is, without generating psychological pressure (cortisol) on myself. Apparently I finally hit the spot. And it has been partly because I have seen in this forum the allusion to review the thyroid (everything else constant). Basically my discovery was to find the combination of bach essences suitable for simulating pharmacological thyroid therapy. This idea is not mine but rather comes from spain (a psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team). In the attached files it is shown how the drugs thiamazol and tirodril are replaced by the essences (that's a case of hyperthyroidism). Physically my voice sounds more powerful when speaking; When I speaking, I do not sound as great as when I singing. Psychologically the discussion about fap has been eliminated. The same with regard to the need for porn. I'm being a more "cool person "with people. Finally. I really already visit the psychiatrist and curiously sent me to check thyroid and liver. Anyway, for the psychiatrist I am a person with a very small bipolar tendency (but not a full bipolar ). It is like having a principle of resistance to insulin. It will not change your life but if you have to take it into consideration. In addition I seek orthomolecular treatment (vitamins and minerals with a psychiatric approach) and I saw that many people who are really bipolar did themselves harm with the drugs. In this case, clearly I am not talking about sports drugs.
Again thanks meso.

View attachment 53727 When I said feeling great on steroids what I'm meaning is feeling energized, being able to get up in the morning, not being tired and wanting to go to bed at 5 o'clock. Normal things a 28 year old male should be able to do with no problem. Things I've never been able to do. thr issues I was having before I learned I had severely low t was constantly tired, no sex drive, hard time building muscle in the gym, being completely exhausted after the gym. Ive been on anxiety medicine since a very young age. I have lived with it long enough to be able to control is some what, I know my triggers and I know how to calm my self down. But when you wake up out of a dead sleep so anxious you have to shit, that I can't control. I had my cortisol checked. That was fine. When I mean I've had lots of testing to find out why I'm tired all the time I mean if. T3 and t4 was fine. The ONLY thing was not normal is my testosterone levels. Here was my results. I wish I would have double checked everything before ordering because there's a few things I later found out I should have checked but anyway here's the results. And I used the testosterone calculator and according to that I should have for my free testosterone 67.4 ng/dl , and I'm not sure what bioavailability means but that is 1757 ng/dl.

You need to bring your dose down to a TRT level to help bring blood levels back to normal. I would try cutting down to 150mg a week. Your blood pressure is probably high because of the high RBC and Hematocrit exacerbating the anxiety issues. I donate platelets instead of blood, it lowers my Hemo by 2-3% and I could do it every week if I wanted.

Do you do any type of cardio? Sports that you enjoy? Find something besides lifting weights that pushes you and helps release endorphins in your body (3-5 times a week minimum). This will help your anxiety, depression and low energy without taking any pharmaceuticals.

Your E2 is sky high, no wonder you have all these issues. I can see why your libido is shit, lethargic and surely having a limp dick. Get some Arimidex, start taking .5mg eod for a couple weeks and .5mg twice a week when you drop your dose down.

I recommend HCG 500 IU twice a week the two days before your testosterone injection. This helps my libido and keeps my balls from becoming raisins.

Last thing I would advise, get some cialis and/or viagra and fuck the living shit out of your woman, this is also where that extra cardio comes in handy. If that doesn't help your libido, sex life and overall anxiety issues, it's time to look elsewhere. You could have some mental blocks like the ol doc here thinks, or none of your doctors have found the culprit causing these issues.

Just noticed your issue with arimidex, you could use aromasin or nolvadex instead to help lower your e2.

The symptoms you experienced under low T are same as I did b4 starting Trt under medical supervision
On trt with skin gel fortigel 2% european product that I think iS not approved in the US the symptoms are slowly disappearing
Improvments are more or less slow : probably the quickest has been more energy and power at gym muscular development and blood parameters like rbc hematocrit

Much slower are improvments in cognitive functions empathy even end of day tiredness : it is now 7 months since I started trt and i still feel new improvments

And yet I react very well to skin gel as it sends m'y testosterone levels above 1500

I understand you dont want to stop trt as I wouldnt change m'y being on trt for anything else bc it really make m'y life normal again
Many ppl told me I needed to see a psychologist back when I was low T bc the symptoms are so much like depression or psycho issues

Probably something isnt quite right in your trt though as I would bet you would see improvments over several months
However if your rbc hematocrit are going up it should be sign trt is working

What really helped me—I wish I had known this earlier:

-If you can't sleep: Use trazodone and gradually increase the dosage until you reach the maximum (and don't feel it's sedative effect anymore). Then, taper it off over 3-4 weeks while introducing quetiapine to maintain a good sleep. During this 3-4 week period, your tolerance should reset to zero, allowing you to restart. If that doesn’t work, consider trying another anti-depressant like mirtazapine and switch every time. I can finally sleep year-round this way.

- To stabilize hormones, opt for a long ester (like enanthate) and do daily injections. For the aromatase inhibitor, instead of taking it twice a week, calculate the dosage, homebrew it, and take it daily to maintain a consistent level. You’ll feel significantly better.

- Inject 200-300 IU of HCG daily.
