What's wrong with my Semaglutide pen?

I bought a Semaglutide pen from a trusted, verified and well tested source here on this forum, so it can't be fake. If something is wrong, it most likely was ruined by the summer heat.

It took 9 days for the pen to arrive, and during that time, the pen was not refrigerated as the instructions say it should be. The instructions say the one should be stored at a temperature below 30 Celsius degree, but now it's summer.

There is a bubble of air inside, as well as solidified active ingredient. The active ingredient became solid. There is a bigger chunk of it floating inside the liquid, and some if the solidified ingredient has stuck to the glass of the cartridge.

Look at the white spots on the glass.

I will upload photos. So, what do you think? Did the medication get destroyed by 9 days exposure to heat?

That shit looks bootleg brother, Like someone said the chinese have legit weight loss shit and I personally have 23 pens at home of ozempic at home that look nothing like that. Get ahold of novo nordisk as give them the numbers and they will tell u if that's legit.

Why are you buying premade liquid versions of drugs you could easily be reconstituting yourself for far more money?
because hes a prime example of an overthinker.
I'm not saying hes stupid, but these types of people need to learn to just do whatever everyone else is doing instead of trying to gain a small advantage by doing something no one else is doing.
This is something I wish i learned earlier in my own life
