whats wrong with these fat fucks?

I'll try to stand up next time. I pretty much go to failure on every set though, and would rather expend the energies on one last rep than getting up quietly.

Failure every set? You're a beast! I know dude you're a big fucker.

Taking care of the equipment should be part of your set. Dropping the db's usually just fucks em up and increases the chances of hurting yourself or someone else.

There's a difference between dropping and throwing weights.

Actually it's okay dropping heavy dumbbells if you can't be sure that you will safely lower them on your chest you can break your rib cage but it is the idiots throwing down 50lb being too lazy to rack them which piss me off just like the dipshits leaving the leg press loaded even if I don't do leg press more than once a month there are women and younger lifters that don't have to put someone else's plates down

the other day there was a fat guy doing shrugs with #55 DBs and i was doing more than him, slow and controlled for maximum results. And I'm a girl. He was cutting me the sideways glances while I am steadily minding my own business.

I guess it's relative - for some younguns/chicks 50lbs is a LOT.

Do you guys ever go to the gym and get some fat guy trying to size you up and compare himself to you? This always happens to me when I'm bulking on a steroid cycle I'll get some fat fuck sizing me up and comparing himself to me like really dude....... lift up ur fucken shirt let's see those "abs" let's see those "striations" the other day I was working out in my tank my veins were popping then I had some fat guy take off his shirt into his tank and he starts eyeing me up and looking at himself in the mirror like he can compete lmfao this never happens when I'm cutting only when I bulk on roids. Any of you guys experience this?

Stop caring about what other dudes think, problem solved! Focus on the women bro, trust me you'll be alot happier :)
