Here's mine;

Carbs: Banana, Oats, & Potatoes,

Protein: Eggs, Chicken, & Fish,

Fats: Avacados, Olive Oil, & egg yokes

My version

Carbs: Rice, buckwheat, potatoes, rolled oats

Protein: Chicken or turkey, lean beef, fish and seafood and of course eggs, cottage cheese

Fats: Olive oil, butter, egg yolks, coconut oil, nuts and peanut butter

Carbs: rice, oatmeal, rice cakes, sweet potatoes/potatoes, and a plethora of green veggies, beets, bell peppers, carrots, onions, blueberries, pineapple, pomegranate

Fat: fish oil, flax oil, olive oil, whole eggs (protein too), peanut butter, almond butter, nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds, etc.)

Protein: salmon (good fat too), lean cuts of beef, chicken, egg whites, fish, shrimp, bison, pork tenderloin, Greek yogurt/Icelandic yogurt, protein powder(whey/casein/egg), cottage cheese, lactose free milk

Favourite cheat meals: BBQ chicken pizza, sushi, pancakes, hotpot, BBQ

Calorie free drinks: green tea, coffee, green coffee, crystal light, MIO squirts, BCAAs during workout, diet cranberry juice

I also like to treat myself to pizza with cheese, sushi and of course barbecue chicken and delicious bread.
 
By the way, I noticed that the more sauces I add to food, the harder it becomes to absorb all this. But here's how I eat, I write without sauces, the gastrointestinal tract immediately works well.

I’d say for Myself, whole eggs are no1

ground lean beef

Raw ox liver (post workout only)
with whole eggs olive oil blended in water

Home made sugar free sweet chilli sauce

For myself personally, I found a list of products that suit me. The main problem is a constantly full stomach in my case. That's why I completely stopped eating slow carbs. Sushi rice is great for me. It is easily digested and can be eaten 200 grams at a time.
