What's your best bodybuilding food?

For myself personally, I found a list of products that suit me. The main problem is a constantly full stomach in my case. That's why I completely stopped eating slow carbs. Sushi rice is great for me. It is easily digested and can be eaten 200 grams at a time.
200g dry or cooked?

Here's mine;

Carbs: Banana, Oats, & Potatoes,

Protein: Eggs, Chicken, & Fish,

Fats: Avacados, Olive Oil, & egg yokes

What's yours?
#1 food: Duck eggs
Protein: Beef, Beef and more beef
Fats: Ribeye steaks, eggs, Avocado’s, macadamia nuts/brazil nuts
Carbs: sweet potatoes, Kiwi’s

Salmon, tuna, chicken breast, beef (steak and tenderloin), pork tenderloin, mussels? (idk if that's right, but it looks similar), oysters, shellfish, squid, greek yoghurt, brazilian nuts, 70-85% dark chocolate, red wine (not bb but it's good in moderation) and other foods like fruits, veggies, brown rice, buckwheat and so on... for junk foods almost none, except quality chocolate ice cream, anything else just doesn't exist for me.

my best meal is the tried and true, chicken and rice. sometimes beef and rice or turkey and rice. i grew up eating variations of this pretty much every night so it's not hard for me to stick to.
For me, this is an ideal option, I also eat constantly and do not get bored. Delicious and simple.

right? it's the best. it's clean, simple, digests well, and readily available anywhere. when i'm out of town or something, i hit a super market for uncle ben's white rice and ready chicken breast. check out trader joe's balsamic rosemary chicken breast it's unreal.

Must definitely try. I love trying new flavors of familiar foods.

And what do you prefer in cheat meals or what is better absorbed?
As long as it fits my macro. I'm pretty lucky genetics so it's not like I plan them but I'll eat oreos have soda ect. I never plan them in my normal carbs but I don't restrict myself like crazy. Bread/pizza is one as well I can frequent.
I'm not like the rock planning giant cookies with special sauces and brownies on top lol

When I'm cutting I restrict breads and soda and those things. Otherwise it's free game season

Carbs: oats, homemade bread (sourdough, sourdough rye, or sourdough pita. Everything is sourdough though), there are a few cereals I like a lot. Peanut butter puffins are delicious as are the all the other puffins cereals (the brand is Barbara's)

Meats: chicken breast or thighs, ground turkey, salmon, trout, venison, ground bison, sometimes beef but not much. I love turkey meatballs on the homemade sourdough pizza we make. We also have pepperoni that are super good.

Fats: EVOO, peanut butter, cream cheese or goat cheese, pine nuts, walnuts. We use avocado oil for a few high heat things. I eat whole eggs every day.

Sweets: fucking sourdough bread PBJ or cream cheese and jam. Raisins. Fruit and yogurt with a little honey. A dash of vanilla extract and a half tbsp maple syrup in with oatmeal is delicious, makes it taste like a slice of cake for only 30 extra calories.

As for condiments, we marinade chicken often so it doesn't need anything Coconut amino are fucking awesome on rice and chicken/veggies, even dry rub barbecue chicken. The coconut amino are both sweet and salty, and make a great low sodium alternative to soy sauce. The only thing I can't swap out soy sauce for coconut amino is sushi. You just need the soy sauce with sushi.

I will make homemade breakfast sausages or meatballs with the ground turkey (or half turkey half beef). I like to make pancakes too (the secret ingredient to make the fluffiesy, best pancakes is to use brown sugar instead of white and to add some melted cream cheese in and reduce the butter (you still end up with a net increase in fat total, but whatever).

I always put a scoop of whey protein in my oatmeal, cereal, or I will out 1 or 2 scoops if I'm making pancakes or Banana bread or anything like that.

It's great that such genetics. I have simple carbohydrates, even if they fit into the macro, they are immediately reflected in the appearance. Although I'm used to eating clean. And I'm generally 99% good and comfortable eating without fast food

I don't really seek fast food either but if I do eat I let myself enjoy. If I can't see abs even flexing a little then its time to cut lol. I don't go full keto but I just replace alot of my meals with meat. Pork chops seem to do good or loin when I'm cutting. I can eat 3 1lb chops a day and minimize carbs to around 100g total and loose fat fast.

This is a good option, I also like to practice this way. Lots of meat and lots of vegetables and not a lot of whole grain carbs. And coconut oil is good for me too.
