What's your current old man cycle?

Current:

120mg test U a week
6.25mg Exemastane taken with test U injection every 5 days
Mod GRF/Ipam 500/500mcg pre bed
3iu GH upon waking
1500HCG weekly

Feel excellent and have great health markers

At some point will likely add 150-200mg Mast E weekly and possibly substitute ~45mg Primo e weekly instead of Exemastane. Currently I'm very happy with recovery and aesthetics and I know that adding even those lowish doses on top will have big results for me. I don't need much.

Didnt you use to take the GH PM pre-bed? What difference do you notice between then?

I also recall you avoided going over 2 iu due to water retention.

Tried GH AM and peptides pre bed and found greatly improved sleep quality. I don't get any drowsiness from the AM GH.

I do have more water retention than I like right now, but by most people's standards it's fine. Personally, I like to be quite dry so I'm very critical of any water retention. The benefits I'm seeing from this protocol make it worthwhile right now though. Honestly, it's mostly a vanity thing.

You mean GH pre bed was disrupting your sleep? Have you tried a different brand while doing the PM? I've seen quite a few posts from people experiencing a worse sleep quality with GH before bed compared to baseline, it's just weird how different we all react to substances.

When i first started GH (directly 3,5 IU) it was all before bed and for couple weeks the feedback from my smartwatch was excellent, i was scoring from 86-89% with 3 hours deep sleep, 3 hours light sleep and almost 2 hours REM. That was with QSC, now i'm using lobster's and my sleep is worse. Average 77-82% with 1:30h deep sleep, 5h light sleep and 1:15h REM.

Damn, and I like the water gained from GH. 5 kg within a few days and it looks like it is all in the right spot.

One man's blessing is another man's curse.

My sleep was fine taking it pre bed and I still will depending on the phase I'm in. Sleep is better with the peptides though.

It's not crazy water retention. Enough sub-q water that it's noticable to me though. Not a big deal.

Losartan can cause hyperkalemia.
That’s fair I check my labs regularly and have never been close to hyperkalemia and I drink a ton of water daily but yeah definitely worth considering. Does telmisartan do the same? I know they are both arbs.

I think all of the ARBs have that risk.

80 daily telmisartan and my labs do not show anything out of whack

I am not sure how common it is for the levels to actually rise to something out of range

As long as you are doing regular bloodwork, just be aware of it and keep an eye on it. Sounds like it is not an issue for you.

same. 80mg daily telmisartan for the last decade. zero issues with hyperkalemia. on all sorts of diets even mainlining coconut water (great source of potassium).

I think the potato is THE source of potassium, if it is in your diet.
Potassium comes from potato!

Ive been running that combo for 15 years. Only the last 4 years Ive been doing 50mgs of prop a day before that I was doing 100mgs a day. I lost no strength or size dropping to 50mgs a day. I brew my own prop. I don't put as much BA in it so either that has helped or my body has gotten used to it. I don't get any pip from prop. I actually get more pip from enanthate. I switched from enanth/cyp to prop as my test back in 2006 to help keep some water weight off of me to make weight for the powerlifting I was doing. I was starting to get too far above my weight class from the bloat.

That's great you made it work for you. I've been doing a lot of thinking about doing my own brewing.
Enanthate does not like me, it hurts. I just stick with my cyp.
