What's your current old man cycle?

How are you're E2 Levels?
I think 500mg Test per week could bei too much for your Goal more Energy.
Around 250mg Test ist my sweetspot then I have to add Masteron for more Testosterone

E2 was less than 50 at 250mg test. When I went up to 500mg I added 1mg arimidex but also 500iu HCG. Waiting to see where I land before I keep adjusting. I havent noticed any of the common E2 sides described around here.

But I think the point is that I didnt feel any different at all. Its not like I feel "more" tired than before. Prior to roids my baseline E2 was "undetectable" (sub 20 I believe). I felt the same back then as now in terms of energy.

Question for all you older folks if you have a sec to help out a newbie (Id appreciate the help). Ive been on Test-C for about 8 weeks now. Started low, and worked it up to 500mg/wk and been on that a few weeks.

On the upside, I noticed my body is changing. Veins suddenly poping out on arms and legs. I was in much better shape (by a long mile) in my 30s and that had never happened. Im seeing definition changes for the better as well. But... I dont really care about those things. I wanted to "feel" better in terms of energy. That was the main goal.

First, of lesser concern, I havent noticed any big gain at the gym. Yes I made gains but Ive worked out long enough to know that those would come regardless. They arent big enough for me to say "wow... this is not normal." I am a roid newbie so I was expecting "newbie gains" but I havent seen any.

The most frustrating thing is I dont feel like I have more energy at all. Im still forcing myself to go to the gym. Yesterdays workout was like that. I just felt tired the entire time. Performed fine, but I was sort of hoping they would bring back that feeling of energy to help me work out longer or just feel more pumped while working out. Is this not the case for testosterone?

Just to cover the basics; I have improved my diet significantly since i started (1g protein/lb weight). Weight has increased since I added more food. Sleep is the same as always my whole life and is inconsistent at maybe 6 hours a night. Bloods were ok at week 6. Some lipid issues that I am currently working on (5mg rosuva). Recently (when I upped to 500mg test) I started 1mg arimidex and added 500iu HCG. I am on 2.4iu HGH daily as well. But nothing seems to help with the energy issue. I feel no different on 500mg test than I did as a natty in terms of energy. Is this normal?
How's your recovery going. On 500 mg it should be pretty good. Is the hgh new? That can cause some serious fatigue even at 2iu.

ime, hcg just jacks with your e2, and 1 mg of arimidex isnt really alot, especially at 500mg test and hcg in the mix, that hcg "can" be a slippery slope involving elevated e2 levels,,,,,

I decided to change mine up a little bit. I’m still at 300 test cyp and 500 EQ, but I decided to audible for a bit; I decided to throw in 100 mg of tren hex per week. A little tren goes a long way with me, and I handle the hex ester well as far as side effects goes. I also respond well to its anabolic effect and my bloodwork always looks pretty normal with it. If any of you are Tren users and haven’t tried the hex ester, you should think about giving it a shot. It’s very mild vs 100 mg of tren ace per week.

Shoulders are 90% recovered in terms of pain. They are about 60% strength compared to 30s. Just started working with 225 on the bench. Little discomfort but no major pain. Knees seem to be fully healed and are about 75% strength. Very little stress felt even when 45 degree leg press @ 730lb (7 plates).

I started with roids because I felt good enough to work out properly but I need energy. I was feeling tired all the time (probably since my late 30s early 40s) and was hoping for a energy boost. HGH isnt new. I just upped it to 3.2iu. I was doing 2iu for about 3 months long before the test-c, when I was trying to heal the shoulders. Now I take it before bed only. None during the day. Only other change is I cut the Tirz. I was having trouble eating enough for the roid phase so I stopped.

How do you dose the hex? ED, EOD, twice a week? What have you found works best for you?

I dose it twice per week. I cant tell anything by feels if its any more often. I never tried ED, but I have done EOD and I can’t tell any difference between EOD and twice per week. When I first experimented, I initially started with once weekly test cup and then hex injections, but twice per week definitely feels more stable. For me, there was no need for more than that.

It’s definitely a solid compound in my book. Tren ace at 100-120 mg per week is just a little too much for me in regards to sides. Night sweats, insomnia, and high body temp made me feel like shit, but I don’t get any of the with the hex, except a minor increase in body temp. I can definitely see why this was the only ester approved for human use.

Yes, sir! I’m the same way. I don’t understand how people can handle 500-600 mg per week doses. I don’t care what anybody says, that’s just ridiculous and unnecessary. It definitely affects my mind frame at even low doses. I can become a mean son of a bitch where I’m normally a very kind and softhearted man. The hex doesn’t do that to me at all thank God. If it did, my wife would let me know I’m out of character real quick. Even though the hex doesn’t quite do anything like that, I do remain hyper self-conscious of my attitude, so I don’t end up getting a divorce!

Have you been tested for sleep apnea, if you’ve got it and treat it you may improve some of the energy issues.
