What's your favorite weight training exercise?

Well, I think the movements themselves are in fact foundational, but I guess what your meaning is if not utilized correctly (moving up in weight, adding weight, and keeping the intensity there) they kind of become "not so foundational". I know when I started doing bodyweight close grip dips in highschool, I started to get some epic tricep hang, it was foundational for me then. But then I figured out if you hung weight when doing them, they got even bigger, haha. All in progression, all in progresion

Right on! Farmer's Walk is a great workout too.
Another thing people often forget, is you don't even need modern day weights to yield results - there are a lot of alternatives if you go out into the woods. I know first hand, I own some forested land myself.:D

Conventional deads. By far my best lift; good for my ego. But weighted dips and pullups are awesome too

I haven't done bench in a while..

Heavy weight gives me a different build, than lighter weight..

My one pic is on my twitter account, where I was going heavy
and these pics... like the one in my avatar, is doing more reps lighter..

For example: The other pic I was going higher weight each set.. 10 sets
and was doing bench, Deads, and Squats... Box Squats..

went to 300 on bench.. mostly 280 for 2-3 reps last set
350 on box squat, only because I had to hang 25lb dumbbells from end of bar
380 on deads, from below my knees, I was hanging 40lb dumbbells there

I was able to go more reps with last sets of deads
and squats, but it was still heavy..

Anyway, my build was not as good as it is now...
My chest might have been bigger and my traps were,
but the definition was not there... I look better now..

I don't eat very well... as far as for bodybuilding diet
but I do eat all natural peanut butter and things for health..
I eat alot of pasta when it comes to the table and just
eat alot of food at once... no candy, no desert except yesterday
but that's just a health thing and for my teeth.. I keep them nice for ladies :)

OK, let me see if I can get both pic here

Well you have the build you want so that's all that matters... Whatever your doing you are keeping your abs showing which is hard for a lot of guys especially on such high calorie diets... If your where you want to be then it's just about maintaining... So you won't have to worry about bulk diets, just making sure you eat enough to maintain and not too much to where your abs are covered up... I wanna get to the point where I am totally happy with how much mass I have then I can just maintain it and not have to worry about going on heavy bulking diets... I hate those diets....

Oh man this is hard to answer I love doing conventional deadlifts but doing dumbell shrugs makes me feel like a beast in the gym b/c I use such heavy weight!

to be honest though my favorite weight training workout is taking it in the butthole from a big dude. maintaining my stance while a big 240lb guy pounds me takes a lot of muscle to control the momentum. after all momebtum is p=mv and these guys are athletic so a high mass and high velocity is an extremely high p value. ;)

All the gays I know love the D so If that's your thing and it gets you in shape I say go balls deep :) only place I'm jealous of you fags is you get butt way more often than my girl will allow . .
