Mine is abs. I try to focus on them on them a little bit each day instead of all at once cuz they fuckin suck.

heavy deads and squats good for abs....I do no other ab work other then flexing them in the mirror on occasion...Yup abs is mine too! Hate them bastards. there were some others i didnt like but it was just becuase of neglect and they were weak . So i pounded the shit out of em and now im pretty balanced in general. Abs are just a bitch!
I feel it when I do them but unless I work on them specifically I don't see much improvement. I'm working on making sure I squeeze my core during most lifts. Back, I don't enjoy training back nearly as much as any other body part.
Man I love back day. Unless I'm taking an oral, then it instantly becomes my least favorite.
I actually like training my legs. It definitely wears you the fuck out, but I like the way it feels to have pumped up quads. Maybe I'm just weird haha.Also enjoy training back. Hell I love training everything.. Except (hate to say this).. Legs
