What's your least favorite muscle group to train?

While training: Abs
After training: Legs. Specifically heavy deads. It wrecks my whole day, I just will not recover until I get a nights sleep. Actually do them later in the day to compensate for it.
 
Legs ! I train the shit outta them week after week for years and they look like they belong on an old lady's body . Strong a heck but the just don't grow . Its like living in hell on leg day ..
 
Probably the only person that hates training . Mostly because genetically I can do everything and those bi's never grow. On top of that I think I'm addicted to pain being a smaller muscle it's kind of boring compared to compounds and lifting heavy shit.

I can't for the life of me come up with one excuse to convince myself I need to stand in front of a mirror and do set after set of curls. Feel like a preteen wannabe about to head to Myrtle beach for spring break. Take my noodle arms back to the squat rack, I like to divert the extra bloodflow to my 3rd leg.

i used to hate doing legs and back. One day i woke up and just shifted my way of thinking and started visualising having a sick back and legs, and then now they're probably my favourite
 
Shoulders.. while they are round and pump up nice, my first few.warm.up sets are rough. I feel like delt exercises are limited. Press, upright row, raises.
 
Hands down! Legs. Well it's a love hate thing with me. Sure the trunks look awesome but It seems no matter what I do they're always sore till the next week when it comes time to hit those bitches again. It sucks dreading to take a shit after the wobbly leg syndrome kicks in.

Ive worked past that. My.legs barely get sore nowadays. I wish they would feel ripe the next day but only a slight soreness. My legs have been developing faster then any other body part so I love training them
