What's your training split?

My routine since HS has been short cardio to get blood flowing and HR up. Then a pair of supersets for a total of 4 body parts per day. Each superset is 5 sets of 5-10 at weights that result in failure by the end. 1st set is usually volume warm up.

I cant go to the gym consistently but I try 2-5 days a week. If I get more than 3 days, I can repeat body parts using different angles.
 
I do Upper/Lower/Push/Pull split across 4 days of the week. It’s easier for me to kill myself in one really hard leg day once per week than train legs twice every week
 
Ppl but I don’t do the second leg day lmao. Yeah yeah yeah, I’m a puss or whatever. I started fat and have done fuck tons of cardio to get to my current weight, so my legs aren’t hurting in the slightest. I love ppl though did the Arnold split before and it was cool but this split just feels really good as far as the pumps, workouts and recovery. Probably stick to this split for life.

While I’m in this thread though, I was going to see if some of the experienced enhanced guys changed their training from when they were natural to enhanced. Did your rep ranges change? Obviously training to failure is obvious, but were there tweaks you made that further benefited you in your gains that were different from when you trained naturally?
