You'd be surprised how many hollow places there can be in a house - I've seen tract homes with vast spaces just covered up with drywall. Enclosed staircases for example - you could stash at least one Harry Potter in there and nobody would know. All these fake fireplaces also create empty space.

How about a fake clean out in the basement, nobody in their right mind is going to open that.

If you have an empty phone box like the box an iphone comes in you can hide the vials in there and put the instruction manuals on top of it. I keep orals in old vitamin containers. I keep syringes/needles in protein tubs buried in the protein.
