100% agree with AML.. got vials that grew black mold in them and when i sent pics and asked for some sort of explanation i got told i must be a scammer and that their products and customer service are top notch... sad cuzz they where good for a couple years. but what i saw in 5 of my vials was very desterbing, and not even past exp...

but the dude even threatened to "pay me a visit" if i didnt let it go pretty much (and calling me a scammer which is a joke, and that "its not hard to find me"... Guys an idiot... iv never even gotten stuff sent directly to my living location AND to top it off i do not live alone on this property even if some how he ever managed to.. nor does he know anything about me......

whats worse it was the BOSS!
i went from rep, to CS and CS then got "boss" (whome ever that is) to email me, and you would think HE would have more class or even give more of a shit. sadly the rep was of more help than the actual operation, from my exp.

yeah man nasty shit... i even kept them for now. I even told them i would send them the fucking vials . tops on, safety flip on and everything... but no... i must be a scammer because their operation is perfect according to them.. at that point i didnt even want replacements, i wanted an explanation.
and i will add these i got "for free" BTW, but thats not the point. quality should be set and kept at a reasonable place.
this also goes to show even if you are a mod and got a "gift/care package" that you can still get nasty shit... its sad really... another staff seemed to have the same issue on one of the forums, must be a scammer also :/ ...

ps. I used them for almost 2 yrs (2 care packages i got) before i got this issue come up. scary...
