Might be a stupid question, but I started a calorie deficit to lose some weight. I still got a lil beer belly lol, would diet alone help if I wanted to see some abs, or is cardio required.
For me, high intensity cardio such as HIIT, SIT/sprints, suicides, box jumps, bear crawls, jump rope, etc work the bestI hate cardio more than I hate calorie restrictive diet plans. However, my goal is to drop from 247 to 215 and I need some form of cardio to help me achieve this. What has worked best for you in the past. I am considering walking on the treadmill post workout. I would like to break up my cardio and weight training sessions but with my work schedule, I simply cannot do that.

The best cardio for me is swimming. I used to go to my local YMCA 3 times a week and do the breast stroke for 30-40 minutes. Easy on the joints and damn is it intense. And usually during any other type of cardio I sweat by the gallon, but being submerged in water pretty much makes that a non issue. And I actually had fun doing it.
