Which kind of cardio has worked well for you?

Started splitting up my cardio recently. So much more enjoyable. 10-15 on the stairs and than 10-15 incline treadmill. the muscles don't get as tired and still keeping the heart rate up

Might be a stupid question, but I started a calorie deficit to lose some weight. I still got a lil beer belly lol, would diet alone help if I wanted to see some abs, or is cardio required.

Deficit is a deficit whether you achieve it through cardio to burn the extra calories or diet alone your body won't tell the difference. But I reccomend starting cardio once the weight loss slows down with diet alone instead of going fewer and fewer calories. Start off in a 700 cal deficit then add cardio in 3-4 weeks later

Thanks, I've never really cared about having abs, but I think it is something I can definitely achieve and recently have been thinking about losing some of this extra weigh I have. ill definitely give this a try.

I hate cardio more than I hate calorie restrictive diet plans. However, my goal is to drop from 247 to 215 and I need some form of cardio to help me achieve this. What has worked best for you in the past. I am considering walking on the treadmill post workout. I would like to break up my cardio and weight training sessions but with my work schedule, I simply cannot do that.
For me, high intensity cardio such as HIIT, SIT/sprints, suicides, box jumps, bear crawls, jump rope, etc work the best

The best cardio for me is swimming. I used to go to my local YMCA 3 times a week and do the breast stroke for 30-40 minutes. Easy on the joints and damn is it intense. And usually during any other type of cardio I sweat by the gallon, but being submerged in water pretty much makes that a non issue. And I actually had fun doing it.

i do 45 minutes a day on a stationary bike. i like it

I just walk and light stationary bike, relaxing and not as taxing. Since my weight training is very volumous, frequent and intense, it basically counts for circuit training, so I keep cardio as LISS.

I need to get back into swimming, I remember when I was really young I was on the YMCA swim team and competed in the breast stroke. I was stroking the breast every week, now I'm lucky to get it once a week haha
