Which kind of cardio has worked well for you?

I hate cardio more than I hate calorie restrictive diet plans. However, my goal is to drop from 247 to 215 and I need some form of cardio to help me achieve this. What has worked best for you in the past. I am considering walking on the treadmill post workout. I would like to break up my cardio and weight training sessions but with my work schedule, I simply cannot do that.

I currently just ride the stationary bicycle post workout because my routine is extremely taxing.

In the past I had good fat loss results doing HIIT 3x/week and doing more moderate cardio 3x/week after lifting with a full body routine. I did this with a carb cycling diet. On the rest day I'd just walk for about an hour at a moderate pace.

I like fasted cardio( only on cycle though) 7days a week when cutting weight.
stair master, kick boxing, speed walking on an inclined treadmill. Good luck

3.5-4mph morning fasted cardio with my dogs for about 30-45 mins depending on how many need to poop lol. Also HIIT post workout is good but steady state post never was that great for me

I like fasted SS in the morning. Cycling. I ride my bike to work when cutting, then pound a shake once I get there. Very convenient.

HIIT post lifting works very well for me. Don't need to overdo it, ten intervals or so, at whatever protocol you can handle.

I've cut a lot of weight combining those two with a good deficit.

Yes I have to agree with the above fasted cycling in the morning daily too stops me getting too fat so I can still fit my weight belt at the same setting

I get up at 4 hit weight no food tell after workout u eat at 6, hen ride bike to work daily 20 there 20 back
plus I super set every part with 3-4 nonstop blast thru work out in 30 to 45 I eat alot eod fat and I'm lean a I see all my ABS but I'm 20 pounds from competition

I bike some local trails at lunch time most work days, except when I'm cutting. I don't like the weak feeling I get riding while in a deficit, and I get sleepy when I go back to the office. I think I lose just as much fat adjusting my calories, dropping the cardio and lifting the same as always. Also, the cardio when I'm not cutting sure doesn't seem to keep the fat off.

I like elliptical the most BUT I'm going to start doing jumping rope to get extra cardio in without going to gym.

:)

If you've got access to a speed bag, it's fun and a great way to completely tank your shoulders after a workout. If I'm doing back a seated rowing machine is perfect. I only need about 15-20 minutes of cardio after heavy weight training but only do cardio just before spring hits
