I am one of the people who react poorly to MCT and can't use it. It leads to inflammation, swelling , pain and hardness in the area for multiple days. It's essentially the symptoms of infection without redness, heat, or the actual infection obviously.don't mean to hijack OPs thread but when people say they get a bad teaction to MCT what exactly do you feel? pip lasting for days or general inflamation in the target muscle, redness etc?

Well considering consuming them is already zero danger. 10x or 100x of zero is still zero.I'd pump the breaks here a bit. We don't know the difference between injecting "seed oils" vs consuming via diet. 10 or 100x worse or better? No difference?

I use both GSO and MCT. Steering towards using more MCT because I like how thin it is. I also like MCT for higher concentrations because it has more co-solvent properties so I don’t have to use more BB.From what ?
