183lbs on 100g carbs past few days.. one more day until a refers sunday.

It's ducking coming together. If I can carb up correctly and hit that perfect stage pump I feel so damn good about the win. Hopefully stars are perfectly aligned come 3 weeks.

Thanks everybody.. last year If you remember.. the judge told everyone backstage if he had to tell you to turn your hips center stage he won't place you.. he told me 4 times because I couldn't hear him over the music and I still brought hardware... lol.

That won't happen this year. Fingers crossed. Will show another update Friday or so!

Body is completely riddled with hives and I spent the night in the hospital. Took this photo to update my log but not half bad for being hospitalized and natty. Weighing in at 175lb and getting all my strength back in the gym too, been very consistent with diet and sleep too which is by far the biggest reason for my recent success in cutting right now

I feel for you man. I had a trip to the ER recently myself for an allergic reaction to an allergy test given by a ENT doc. 2 shots of epinephrine at the office and still ended up in the ER covered with hives but luckily I didn't have to stay over night. It did cause me to miss a meal. :mad:

Thats what makes us meat heads so terribly difficult to deal with. Never mind the rampant dbol induced violent crimes just to get out fix. Never mind the driving under the influence of anavar to really make MADD advocates lose their minds. Forget the deca induced gateway drug to harsher compounds like the terrible trenbolone. For fuck sakes these low life violent offenders the scourge of society are afraid of simply missing a well balanced protein rich meal.

Thats the real problem with society now days. People trying to add muscle

So fucking true. I actually don't mind being considered the "scourge" of society based on how I look or eat or whatever. Being a muscled up, short tempered maniac with that "look" in your eyes keeps the liberal man bun fag boys in check. :)
 
IMG_1747.JPG Bulking season has begun. Three weeks into a 10 week bulk right now. I've said my goodbyes to the abs for awhile and started eating till I'm sick and then try to eat a little more. I'd like to see a nice solid five pounds or so retained after this bulk. I'm thinking about another bulk run in mid spring as well. Trying to hold the tears back because I know my definition is going to just be going downhill till next summer. :(:confused:

This bulk is kind of a joke with my friends because when I started working out again three years ago, after a long time off, I told them I didn't want to get over 200. They laughed and said "Sure". They know me so well. Hehe. The heaviest I've ever been back in my younger days was 230. Now I'm 220 and looking for more. Gains are so addictive. None of us can ever truly say "Yup. That's enough weight for me." Lol
