Still grinding here brothers. Honestly looking back at 2017 I feel like I’ve been holding myself back a bit trying to stay somewhat lean. 2018 is time to start eating up and see what I can do. I can hold pretty steady at 195 but pushing above that I really need to eat a lot more than what I have been. Need to re-evaluate my meal plan and start slowly pushing in more food. Plan to add some steady cardio in as well to add more food without gaining too much bf. Cardio was nil in 2017 so gonna play with that this year. Ran about 6 months of fortitude training which was badass. Gained a lot of strength. Back to MD training now and responding well. Will probably switch back and forth between the two program every 6 months or so. That’s the plan brothers! Gonna be more active this year. You guys keep me motivated!

You look closer to 220 dude. Run some eq with npp next cycle and you'll mass the fuck up for sure. 6 meals per day with snacks in between and steak and pb before bed ;)

Nice brother, thank you. I got the 6 meals per day, just need to increase them a bit. Gonna start by increasing the meals around training. That eq/npp combo sounds good [emoji1305]

Stick to 6 meals per day and each week increase the amount of each meal and also increase the healthy snacks in between. Meal 1 should be something like 4 whole egg, 4 egg whites, 2 cups whole milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and whole wheat toast with pb. Stick to protein/fats or protein/ carb meals and try not to combine carbs/fats in a meal. For gear I'd say:

400 test-e/week
600 eq-cypweek
100 npp/EOD
50-100 test base/ED

Run that for 14 weeks with a proper training routine and you should be able to hit 220 no problem brother :)

Nice, appreciate it brother, I may play around with things a bit after your advice but here’s exactly what I’ve been eating. I’ve been training in the am lately so Wake up, have 25g True nutrition hydrolyzed whey, then granite preworkout on way to gym, intraworkout while training, one scoop granite, one scoop HBCD, so like 60g carbs and eaa’s while training. Then come home slam meal 2, it’s a big one with all the cereal and a bagel, one hour eat meal 3, then head to work and hit meal 4-6.

I just increased rice in meal 3 and switched Ezekiel toast for a muffin in meal 2 and added in veggies last week. You’ll see I eat protein/carbs the first three meals then switch to protein/fats last three meals.

As far as gear right now I’m running 900mg Test E, 300mg Deca, 600mg eq, 40mg var preworkout because I have a shitload of it and I like the pumps.

Was gonna start a long Test E/Tren E/Var cycle next but I’m liking the sound of the cycle you laid down. Only used TNE preworkout but not scared to pin ED either. Decisions decisions.

I would ditch that ground turkey bro and throw in steak for those meals. I follow a lot of Stan efferdings diet tips and workout stuff. He says ground turkey is last resort. Watch a few of his most recent seminars on you tube if you have some time. Dude is the real deal he squatted 600 on his 50th bday last month. He trains Brian Shaw and Larry wheels. If you don't know who they are check em out. He has a lot of free knowledge to offer... keep up the good work brotha looking jacked!

Thanks for the feedback brother. Of course I know of Brian Shaw but will have to look up the other two.
