Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Just wrapped up a little 3 week dnp run to clean things up a bit before i start prepping . Dropped from 250 to 235ish , and now I got my diet back on lock down and ready to blast off and get shit done . Sitting 14 weeks out so I've got a good amount of time to get peeled . View attachment 83385

Yeah im thinking right around there , top of the class is 212 so hopefully 211.9 lol , but i think around 215 is when ill start looking pretty freaky... i could push down further if i had too , but i dont think i gotta come in shrink wrapped to win this particular show .
 
About 206. My quick update for you guys. I’m feeling like this is the best package or “look” I’ve ever had at this weight and in general terms do size to leanness. Learning to get this pose nailed and some more practice on a side chest vacuum. My appetite has been down bad lately.. I mean terrible.. anyone got any suggestions besides MK? I know once I get my appetite back eating won’t be so damn bad.. foods just been sitting in my mouth.

Not for everyone but edibles make me as hungry as ever. Even without getting blotto in the brain. Everyone is different with that stuff though.

I definitely don’t want to go that route with it although that does sound like the most exciting lol...

Have you used mk? It didn't help my appetite really, but it definitely had me bloated as a mfer within the first two weeks.

Have you ever tried ghrp-6 ? Ive never used it personally because my appetite is always through the roof , but a friend i train with uses it and swears by it . Dont know alot about it , but just throwing it out there for you as something to possibly look into thats alot cheaper than mk . Especially if your only really looking for the appetite increase ..

Honestly they’re a little bit of everywhere. Right now twice a day is a mandatory 2 meals of 8oz beef and roughly 150g carbs from jasmine a piece.

Have you used mk? It didn't help my appetite really, but it definitely had me bloated as a mfer within the first two weeks.

Well, you are already doing one of the things i would suggest.... Jasmine rice vs standard white rice. A lot more nutrient dense of a profile with jasmine.

If you eat oats, i would suggest switching to Steel Cut. Bobs Red Mill makes a quick version i get on the regular at Costco. 1/4 cup steel cut is comparable to 1/2 cup rolled oats macros wise.

Cook everything with some coconut oil.

Add peanut butter to everything you can.

pancakes. im really into Kodiak cakes with some peanut butter chocolate chips.

Also, what i have found, drinking 16-24oz of water immediately upon wakening has helped increase my appetite.
