Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Hi my name is Trukker ive been off cycle for half a year. Came off trt entirely for a lot of that to expedite the improvement of my bloodwork. Im happy to say things have improved and im now back on test @ 200mg every 14 days. Nothing else. Ive been focusing on my jiu jitsu and my wrestling. Currently a blue belt and improving. Got a pretty nasty judo game too. I just like throws and slams:) always came natural to me to manipulate bodyweight and get full grown men airborne.

I didnt go to the gym today and have no pump. And wont bother putting on clothes at all today cuz football is on. I never been taught to pose and i had trouble flexing properly while taking the damn photos. The one on the top was the closest i came to pulling off what i was trying to lol
Pretty happy with my leftovers

I dont feel as big and strong anymore because im at a base test streaming thru my body @ only 200mg every 14 days. So i only pin 2x a month now. But im healthy vs my aggressive AAS regimen i was running for the previous 3 yrs or so. My back doesnt hurt as much at 260 vs 292. Im more mobil, breathe lighter and am anxious and motivated about other aspects in my life. AAS is great but not when it becomes unhealthy. It seems more fitting when life is lead this way. Ive never used insulin or gh but it was on my mind in pursuit of 300. I think thats when the unhealthy part comes in. Instead these days im focusing on improving myself all around. This is a more ideal frame of mind and body for real life i think. Its versatile and as functional as it is pretty good looking(lol) i think. Some day ill get back on you know. But rn i feel pretty awesome about my direction. And AAS fits that scenario. Not the other way around

I do miss that supraphysiological lvls of test SEX tho

Always easy to lose sight of priorities when chasing numbers. Glad you’re happy with being dialed back.

Yeah man thanks. Like it or not its some thing every single one of us will have to deal with some day. Some can never get over that mental hump and they will suffer all the bad things this lifestyle brings because they are terrified to be who they truly are. Guys like Rich Piana and sooo many other like him who take this lifestyle to such extremes even surgeries to give them purely cosmetic enhancements that are not flesh and muscle. Think PMMA, SEO etc. The mental aspect of watching your body change so rapidly is addicting. Its important to maintain balance and be aware that this, ultimately, is temporary. And be OK with it. Because thats who you truly are. Not the jacked up freak who will not or cannot be seen anything less than what they were at 100% their best. We all know what im talking about...the guys (and girls) who have to wear ONLY certain clothes to appear a certain way. Have to walk around all puffed up all day to feel good about themselves. Stay on a continious cycle year after year and make excuses and justifications for it. Are obsessed with what they see and what other ppl see. And continue all this despite the obvious negative consequences.

Its key to health and longevity

Was just about to mention this. Know it’s something I’ll have to handle at some point. Hopefully the bodybuilding that brings me here anchors the need in achievement in that endeavor and not just for the sake of being big. Hopefully I get what I want from it and consider “retirement” a factor of fulfillment.

This is why I never tell anyone to or not to use gear, but if there’s no concrete goal in mind it can become a dangerous habit without an end.

Always keeping it real trukk, looking good man.

Figured I’d post this here since I only post on two threads and have posted a lot in here.

There won’t be any shows any time. Soon I’ve gotten bad blood work lately. Saw another doc today and kinda knew what he was going to say. I have diabetes and don’t know how this is going to affect my passion of competing going forward, but as of know I need to chill. Not on any insulin as of yet but have to check bloods twice daily and take
Meds.

I’ll know more when I see my endocrinologist. I feel
Perfectly fine but guess my blood work doesn’t lie. It got it checked two different months to see how it came back.

Also I’ve never done gh or Ian insulin and have been using steroids the last 5 years.

I’ve spoke to a few guys on here who I really respect and know this isn’t the end but I gotta figure out my next move

My grandfather never ran insulin or gh and he has diabetes too, as is the case with millions of people man, unfortunately. We have a tendency to think that since we run gear, every illness we get or might get is related to bodybuilding drugs, but regular people get health problems too, often living a healthy lifestyle, it’s just the luck of the draw.

I have heard pretty much all the top Olympia pros have diabetes because of hgh abuse, yet still they are able to compete at the highest level, so if they can do it you can do it aswell.

Good luck man, you have one of the best physiques here on this website, if not the best in my opinion.

How old are you?

It can absolutely be done. If you’re avoiding slin I’d find a coach that’s versed in working with diabetic clients. There are a couple guys that do it and produce great results. Don’t see this as a show stopper. Definitely a change in strategy, but don’t give up any single shred of hope.

You’re guna roll through it.

Thank you. I’ll be 38 this year. I’m not giving up, I just don’t know what to do yet. It’s all so new. I was
Getting bloods to check my liver then this popped up. I still plan on training hard and keeping my diet in check. Once I know more I’ll know my next step. As of now it’s just been 250 a week of test a week for last 8 weeks.
