Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Thank you. I’ll be 38 this year. I’m not giving up, I just don’t know what to do yet. It’s all so new. I was
Getting bloods to check my liver then this popped up. I still plan on training hard and keeping my diet in check. Once I know more I’ll know my next step. As of now it’s just been 250 a week of test a week for last 8 weeks.

What was out of range? Glucose?

Like Mac said, you still got this! Def a coach out there that work around it.

My blood sugar was 200 and and my A1C was an 8.

Dammit.... Hopefully you caught it at an early stage and they’ll be able to treat it way more effectively. I just don’t know much about it. Guys that Dont keep a check on their bloodwork are crazy! You never know what’s going on inside your body, even though you may feel great.

Please keep us updated! [emoji123]

Thank you i will. I went to get checked mostly for liver enzymes and we found that out.

Ending my offseason blast and transitioning to a 250mg cruise for 8 weeks heading in to a show prep cycle. Hoping to hold most of this size with a tad more conditioning before prep officially starts end of March. Shredded half of this thread is on the way.

Those levels may well be considered pre-diabetic but great that your doc caught that. Im am sure you'll need other diagnostic tests to truly confirm you have diabetes or are on the verge of it. Good luck and hopefully it will be easy to keep this under control while not having to really give up what you liked to do.

Great physique man!

Do your bloods turn back to 'normal' after 8 weeks of cruise?

My on-cycle blood work gave me no reason to believe it wouldn’t as the only high markers were from oral use (liver).

Assuming nothing is alarmingly out of whack, I’ll be hitting prep at the end of March even if the bloodwork doesn’t come back perfect.
