The 75 minutes of cardio daily, the spot on prep diet perfectly adhered to, the focused purpose driven off season, putting in the work in the gym, and the properly designed PED protocol couldn't be the reason for his peeled condition with fullness.

It has to be something secret and special that he uses. Get him to tell you then share with us all. :)

You left out the elite genetics [emoji119]...that’s one thing that I can’t overcome. I’ll never be the biggest or fullest. Just gotta be the most conditioned guy on stage. That’s usually a winning combo at the local level.

I’m flying solo right now. No coaching, just my dumbass doing the best I can at the moment, lol. I’m looking into the possibility of hiring someone this offseason though. I’ve got a few people in mind, but I know I’ve gotta be [emoji817] committed to the process and sacrifices. Not quite ready to pull the trigger yet.
 
Thanks man, I dont train traps, to avoid looking like Goldberg, I only train shoulders but traps grow themselves I cant stop it :)

Yeah that's one of the interesting aspects of each of us as individuals and training. We each have our strong and weak body parts. For me my arms require much less training to grow, yet my shoulders are stubborn and require much more focus and stimulation to get results.

It's part of the challenge and struggle - and like they say the struggle is real. :)

Glutes are in pretty damn close to 100% and definitely more cross striations across your lats. Skin looks super thin everywhere. Even flat, the roundness in your upper back, delts and tris is still pronounced. Right where you need to be. Stay focused man.

20 days man. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t counting them. Aside from the obvious toll on me it’s definitely starting to impact my home life. I owe my wife quite a bit when this is over.
